Refunds 

To eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you receive it. Please contact us via web form within 14 days of the items' arrival date. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommand to ship the goods back to us with tracking number and insurance (if applicable). We will not proceed return for lost or damage returned items. 

Once we receive and inspect the items, we will notify you via email that your return is approved. You can receive full refund or store credits in the form of gift card via email within 14 days once we approve your return. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment at the original selling price. 

Also, we will notify you if your return request can not be processed for reasons listed below:

• Any item is damage or loss not for our error.
• Any item is returned after its validity period.
