Return & Exchange Policy
Group-Buy Preorder Items
All group-buy preorder items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. By purchasing a group-buy item, you agree that production will only begin once the required sales target is met.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us through the web form on our website. After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed as production plans may already be in progress.
If a group-buy campaign fails to meet its minimum order requirement, customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
General Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
The following items are non-returnable:
Final Sale Items including mugs, dinnerware, cleaning products, swimwear, intimates, and jewelry.
Markdown Items purchased during clearance sales.
Items purchased using store credit or gift cards.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
To request a return, please contact us via our website web form to receive return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility as we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the item and place a new order using the store credit provided. Eligible returns will be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and a description of the issue. Reports submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Once we confirm the issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Additional Notes
We do not accept returns due to incorrect size expectations. All product dimensions are clearly stated on the product page. Please review them carefully before purchasing.
For returns, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
