Our Returns & Exchanges Policy


Lifestyle Pavilion provides wide range of goods including Apparels, Accessories, Mugs, Dinnerware and cleaning products. To assure our clients' satisfaction, our QC team inspects every goods prior to shipment.

If you intend to return items, please contact us through Request (Return) Form for return authorization. You have 14 days to return eligible item from the day you received it. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Please note that we do not offer shipment labels for return. You are required to pay for return postage cost if you apply for return or exchange. 

  • We accept returns for electronic goods, apparel goods and home decor goods.
  • Due to hygiene concern during Covid-19, Mugs, Dinnerware and Cleaning products are final sale and we do not accept return or exchange for these merchandises. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original packing for return or exchange. 
  • All mark-down items are considered final sale and can not be returned and exchanged.
  • All products that are damaged due to erroneous operation are not qualified for return and exchange. Please read carefully each product's descriptions and instructions.
  • We do not accept returns for the reason that the product's dimension is different from what you think. We have clear dimension indication. Please read it carefully before purchase. 
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 
  • All items purchased with gift card or store credit are not eligible for exchanges and returns. 
  • Exchanges are for eligible items only. 




To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you receive it. Please contact us via web form within 14 days of the items' arrival date. 

Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. We recommend to ship the goods back to us with a tracking number and insurance (if applicable). We will not proceed to return lost or damaged returned items. 

Once we receive and inspect the items, we will notify you via email that your return is approved. You can receive a full refund or store credits in the form of a gift card via email within 14 days once we approve your return. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment at the original selling price and it would take up to 15-20 business days to be credited back to your account. 

Also, we will notify you if your return request can not be processed for the reasons listed below:

  • Any item is damaged or lost not for our error.
  • Any item is returned after its validity period. 

You will be eligible for refund or store credit if:

  • The items are damage, defective, missing or arrive in incorrect orders. Please note that the damage and defective issue must be proved that it can no longer perform its function(e.g. big hole on the clothing, broken strap on a bag, major scratch on jewelry pieces, etc.) 
  • You have not received your order over 50-60 days.




We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item to us for store credit and place a new order with the credit received. 


Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Items


If you believe the item is incorrect, defective or got damaged during shipping, please contact us via web form along with photos of the item and description of damage within 24 hours of the shipment arrival to qualify a exchange or refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.  

Once we confirm the case, we will mail you a pre-shipping label for return. If refund request is not received within the time frame (24h), a refund or exchange will not be proceed. Refund will be issued within 14 days after the return process.
