Shipping & Delivery


Processing Time


  • We averagely require 1 - 5 business days to process your order before dispatching it.
  • Please note the processing time could be affected, especially for pre-orders, by items' stock status,  peak seasons and holidays.
  • We check every item prior to shipment. If the item you order is out of stock or your orders might need more time to be processed, we will notify you via e-mail.
  • Important Note: Due to Covid-19, our processing time might take longer than usual. Please allow a few more days for us to process your order. We estimate processing time will extend 4 - 6 days. We appreciate your patient and understanding. 


Order Status


  • Standard shipping is trackable. 
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from Lifestyle Pavilion with the tracking number.
  • If there is any change to the status of your items, we will alert you via email.
  • If you do not receive Order Notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
  • Orders may be split into multiple shipments with no additional shipping fee, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. 
  • Order Cancellation: you can cancel or modify your order before we ship out your items. 


Shipping Information 


  • Delivery Time = processing time + shipping time
  • We are using all reasonable means to get your order delivered within this time frame, but shipping time can not be guaranteed.
  • We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. 
  • Shipping can be delayed due to customs clearance, peak season, and holidays. 
  • We might suggest placing orders for holiday items earlier this year due to the continuous Covid impact on our global supply chain, including port closure, shipping and logistical challenges, orders might get delayed. 


Shipping Restrictions


We only ship to Canada and USA. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a worldwide shipping service. For orders shipped to P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations, our standard shipment might take a longer time to reach you. Please allow a few more days for orders shipped to these addresses.

Please note that we only ship to the address that you provide at the time you place an order. While placing the order, please make sure your shipping address is correct. To request a shipping address change, please contact us via our web form as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we are not able to provide redirect package service if orders go to the wrong address.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Lifestyle Pavilion is not responsible for any stolen, lost or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows that your order is delivered and you have not actually got it, please reach out to your local shipping carrier for assistance. If you have any questions or concerns on how to do this, please contact our support team through our website.


Taxes / Duties & Regulations


The prices shown on the website do not include tax. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total amount of merchandise at the checkout.

Lifestyle Pavilion will not be responsible for import tax, duties, and customs charges (if applicable), which are not associated with the shipping fee that we cover for you. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
